Terms of service

These terms govern your subscription to AgentLaunchpad and your use of the platform with your agents.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually and consist of a base platform fee plus a per-active-agent charge. Annual plans are billed twelve months up front at the price of ten.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you publish to your launchpad and for the accuracy of the agent records you import.

Changes and cancellation

Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practical.
